to make this task as easy as possible.

and know how to install, configure and manage it.

Pre-requisites
We expect you to have good knowledge of the particular
system you maintain and understand the basics of how your network is set up.
Server system administrators should know how to:
- Gain administrator privileges on the system
- Use a server command-line
- Perform patch installation
- Create user accounts and groups
- Change file permissions
- Start and stop Unix daemons or Windows services
- Make some decisions about system resources and how they are allocated
Database administrators should know how to:
- Access the database system
- Install database client libraries
