Terms and Conditions

The prices listed are for advertised Portrait-hosted courses. When we deliver courses at a customer's site, or schedule them to meet a specific customer's requirements, we charge full-rate staff costs for co-ordination, delivery and administration.

For courses delivered at a customer site

• The full course still covers the same number of days as when provided hosted at Portrait—one extra day is required for software installation and course preparation.
• All requirements for such courses must be specified in detail by the VP of Analytical Services before pricing is finalized for the client
• Pricing will include staff travel and accommodation costs, staff travel time and shipping of materials, software manuals to your site.
• A half day is required for preparation of an onsite training facility: this involves some site pre-qualification, followed by installation of training datasets and software (server and/or client PCs), followed by subsequent testing.
• A half day is required in advance of the course for the trainers to confirm the set up works, the materials have arrived.
• There is a limit of 12 people per onsite class—based on a limit on the number of PCs that require installation. Additional people may result in an additional charge and another trainer.

Client Data

The standard courses use generic datasets and do not include training on your own data.

If a client wishes to see Portrait Analytics applications using their own data this is at our discretion, is by special arrangement at least two weeks prior to the course and provided in a workshop context, with all work involved charged by time and materials (see the Analytical Services pricing below). Installation of training machines is an additional charge.
