Using Interaction Optimizer
Strategy Manager is the administrative application for Interaction Optimizer. It lets you create live intelligent customer recommendations which are delivered through CRM applications (such as a call center, IVR or web site). The recommendations define the specific actions that the organization can take with the customer to encourage a particular behavior.
