Webinar: Uplift Analysis with the Quadstone System

Overview: Uplift modeling is Quadstone's approach to optimal targeting, based on analyzing the true impact of actions on different customers or different customer situations.

Target Audience: This webinar is for advanced Quadstone analysts with experience of the Quadstone System modeling algorithms, who understand the principle of using control and treated groups for evaluating campaign success and who are looking for ways to improve the targeting of their campaigns.

Webinar Format:The webinar will primarily be based around a live demonstration of Uplift Analysis, with some PowerPoint slides used as introduction. 10 minutes will be allowed at the end of the presentation for any questions. Attendees will be able to download the presentation after the webinar.

For both of the above, you will need to import the flat file into the Quadstone System and then apply the focus template to the imported focus to generate the correct focus interpretations.

License installation Instructions

Get your system administrator to do one of the following:

Unix installations: Append the Uplift license to your existing license.dat file in $QSHOME/config (using the command cat UpliftWebinar_V5.dat >> license.dat)

Windows installations: Open the Uplift license and the license.dat file in %QSHOME%/config with Notepad, copy the entire contents of the UpliftWebinar_V5.dat file and paste to the end of existing license.dat file.

Uninstalling the Demo License

When licenses expire on 7th March 2005, license.dat file can be modified to remove everything from:
QUADCUST Quadstone Limited
# V5.0C Uplift Demo License
...
onwards.
