Overview: The Quadstone System offers a way to gain insight from your customer data visually. This webinar aims to provide a practical re-introduction to the product, focusing on getting novice users up and running with the core analytical functions, and reminding experienced users of the things that they have forgotten.
Target Audience: This webinar is for users who are new to the Quadstone System, or who were previously trained and are looking for a refresher of the basics.
Webinar Format:The webinar will primarily be based around a live demonstration of the Quadstone System, with some PowerPoint slides used as sign-posting. 10 minutes will be allowed at the end of the presentation for any questions. Attendees will be provided with a workbook (in addition to the relevant data files) which they can follow after the webinar to reinforce the key learning objectives.
